Managed Repairs is responsible for the personal data collected through this website (the "data controller"). This website is technically built, hosted and maintained by ManagedRepairs.com, which as a platform provides multiple repair businesses with a website and booking system. On behalf of Managed Repairs, ManagedRepairs.com has access to the data collected through this website, solely to operate the website, the booking system and the technical services listed below. ManagedRepairs.com does not use your data for its own (marketing) purposes and does not share it with other repair businesses that use the platform.

What data we collect
When you book an appointment or use the contact form, we ask you for the following data: first and last name, email address, phone number, the device and the requested repair(s), and any additional remarks you choose to add. We need this data to process your appointment or question. The data is stored on secure servers managed by ManagedRepairs.com on behalf of Managed Repairs. We do not combine this data with other personal data we hold, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Communication
When you send us an email or other messages, we may keep those messages. We sometimes ask you for personal information that is relevant to the situation at hand. This makes it possible to process your questions and respond to your requests. This data is stored and secured in the same way as described above.
You can also send us a message via WhatsApp. That conversation runs directly through WhatsApp (part of Meta) and is covered by WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy, not by this privacy policy. We only receive the messages you send us there directly.

What is a cookie?

Which services and cookies do we use?
- Google reCAPTCHA : we use Google's invisible reCAPTCHA on the appointment and contact form to prevent abuse and spam by automated programs (bots). For this, Google may process data such as your IP address and mouse/keyboard behavior. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
- Google Tag / Google Analytics : we use Google Tag for (technical) analysis of visits to our website, such as the number of visitors and which pages are viewed. This helps us improve the website. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
- Google Maps : on our contact page we show an embedded Google Maps map with the location of Managed Repairs. In doing so, Google may process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Functional cookie for cookie preference : we place a cookie of our own ("userConsent") to remember whether you have accepted or declined the cookie notice, so we don't have to show it every time.
Some of these parties (including Google) are based outside the European Economic Area. When they process data outside the EEA, they do so on the basis of the safeguards they themselves provide for this, as described in their own privacy policy.
